In the summer you can eat at a tavern or enjoy your swim on the blue sea beaches of Pilio: Κala Nera, Κorpi, Αgria, Μalaki, Αg.Saranta, Αg.Ioannis, Pappa Nero, Damouchari, Horefto, Mylopotamos, Μilina.
Pilio has beautiful beaches where many activities and sports are available such as diving, water ski, bunjy-jumping, wind surfing, sailing, jet – ski and of course swimming.
There are many beautiful places spots along the coast where you can relax while fishing.
Suggested excursions in the area:
- Makrinitsa village, only 2.5 km away, to enjoy the picturesque square of the village and walk in the “kalderimia”
- Volos town, only 12 km away, to enjoy the famous “tsipourakida”
- East Pelion with various beaches for sun bathing and swimming during the summer
- Sporades islands (Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos) for day trips
